I uninstalled my intel graphics software but now, I cannot reinstall it.

Intel® Graphics Software is not a standalone application. It usually goes with the Intel Graphics driver's installation. Can you help share your system configuration so I can help with the exact driver link that you need to reinstall? This could be possible by downloading the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows* software. When the download is complete, launch SSU.exe.

Scan: Check the box Everything.
Click Scan.
Review: When finished scanning, click Next.
Click Save (.txt). *Attach the log file as you reply.
