Hello Jan_Bora2024,

Thank you for reaching out to us regarding the issue you’re experiencing with your system. To better assist you, I need to gather some additional information. Could you please answer the following questions?

Has this issue occurred before?

Can you please run the System Support Utility (SSU) and share the logs with me?

How did you perform the last update? Did you use a device manager-clean installation or Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) before updating to the latest graphics driver?

Are there any recent software and hardware changes made on the system?

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far to fix the issue aside from driver update?

Have you tried rolling back to the previous graphics driver version?

The 0x00000116 Blue screen error can occur when running a task with high graphic usage.

Faulty hardware drivers and corrupt system files can cause the error.

Providing this information will help me diagnose the system more accurately and check for available solutions. Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Hello Support Team,

1. We have been experiencing this issue since January 3rd, and so far, we’ve found it on three computers.
2. I ran the System Support Utility on the computers and have shared the logs with you in the file section.
3. No, I haven’t tried Display Driver Uninstaller.
4. No, I haven’t changed any software or hardware.
5. I haven’t tried any troubleshooting because all three computers (GB-BEi5-12XX) are identical:
* I installed a fresh version of Windows on one of them with the latest driver version.
* I updated another one with the new driver version.
* The last one is using the old driver version.
All three computers were reset by a Blue Screen of Death (BSOD), and they all show the same problem.
6. No, the issue occurs even with the old driver version.

That was all of Information that I can give you guys.
