It's great to hear that extending your subscription possibly resolved the graphics card notification issue, but that's something strange and a bit weird. However, thank you for taking the time to share this, and hopefully, it may help other community members experiencing similar behavior. Since the thread is now solved, I will proceed to close it. Please keep in mind that this thread will no longer be monitored by Intel.

Hi, 107merc.

Thank you for posting in our Community. I understand that Fusion is notifying you that your current driver (DirectX 11.0, version 30.0.101.3111) needs to be updated. If the Intel website isn’t recognizing the driver, it could be due to the specific version or model of your graphics hardware. Does Fusion give any specific error codes or messages along with the driver update notification? This could help narrow down the issue or reveal more details about the problem. Also, I’m curious about the "Fusion" you mentioned, are you referring to Autodesk Fusion? If not, could you clarify which Fusion app you mean? Can you confirm which specific Intel graphics card or chipset you're using? I'd like to delve deeper and verify specifics like the graphics models, precise driver versions, and any system errors. Utilizing the Intel SSU tool will enable us to collect detailed information about your system setup, which could aid in identifying the underlying cause of this issue.

Additionally, If you have conducted any additional tests, please share the details so we can avoid repeating the same steps.

Have a nice day!

Best regards,

Von M.

Intel Customer Support Technician

I also received a notification
that my subscription needed to be extended, which I did, and no longer

have the graphics card notification. Fusion works in mysterious ways.

Thanks for responding
