Please help the details below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What is the model of your Graphics Controller?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What is the model of your processor?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What is the brand and model of your system?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you referring to the onboard Audio driver or the HD audio driver from the Graphics that is rolling back?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can you share some screenshots of the issue?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Which Firmware are you updating? And can you share some details on how did you updated the Firmware?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have questions, please let us know.
