Intel UHD 770 Graphics possibly crashing my new Mini PC

So I bought a new Machenike Mini PC and It got delivered last week. I'm not sure if the first time the screen suddenly turned black and sound froze in time was before or after I updated Windows to 24H2, but since then It has crashed at least once a day in that manner (Screen turning black and keyboard/mouse unresponsive, no BSOD) whether the computer is idle, watching a video on YouTube or Netflix, or playing a video game. I always have to long-press the power button to power it down.

I can watch movies or online content almost all day without any crashes, but when I fire up a video game, say Euro Truck Simulator 2 (On Ultra Settings) it will crash almost instantly. I have tried other games and they inevitably crash too.

I have scoured the Internet for solutions for a week or so, without any success of course. I have tried a couple of things suggested on the Microsoft website, without any success.

I updated the Intel UHD 770 Graphics drivers today to v32.0.101.6647 from v32.0.101.6129 but the crashes still continue. Before updating the drivers, the only temporary solution was to downgrade the Display adapter drivers to Microsoft Basic Display Adapter drivers, of which they are severely limited.

What can I do? At this point I am about to give up on this new mini PC.

What is the complete model of your Machenike Mini PC?

Based on System Information, the Model is Machenike DT Computer.

What is the complete model of your processor?

The processor is 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-13620H

Did you check the temperature of the issue is caused by overheating?

No I didn't check temperature. How do I go about it?

Thank you for the update.

You can install 3rd party application to monitor the temperature or check if the manufacturer of your system has a monitoring app.

While doing that, can you also help generate the SSU logs of your system for me to check the configuration and driver installed. You can find the steps on how to generate the logs here:
