Hello Intel Support,

I have a HP-i7 1355u 16gb ram with intel iris xe graphics. i am facing a major issue while trying to run wwe 2k25 on laptop , i used to run wwe 2k24 on mid-level setting without an issue but the same is not applying for wwe 2k25 as the game does not even open. it shows a white screen for about 10seconds and then just closes/crashes. i want to know whether wwe 2k25 can support intel iris xe graphics or not . if it can then what could be the possible issue for this.

Thank you for posting in the communities!

I have checked the system requirements for 2K25, it seems like the recommended GPUs is at least NVIDIA® GeForce® RTX 2070 8 GB or AMD Radeon™ RX 5700 8 GB or Intel® Arc™ A770.

Save 70% on NBA 2K25 on Steam

Unfortunately, Intel Iris Xe lack the processing power of these GPUs stated above.

The reason why the game is not loading may have something to do with compatibility issues.

You can try reinstalling the game then update your Graphics Driver version to the latest one to test if it will work.
