      <description>Graphics card : ARC B580 CPU : i5 10400 Motherboard: MSI B460M BOOMBER The computer cannot light up after manual restart, and it seems that the graphics card is not working. I have to force a shutdown and restart to light up the screen. This problem occurs every time the computer is restarted.</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There is another issue, my monitor is 75Hz, but after installing B580, the refresh rate automatically decreases to 60Hz. If I manually adjust the refresh rate to 75Hz, the resolution will automatically decrease to a very low state&lt;/P&gt;</description>
