Panel Self Refresh

I have an issues with turning the panel self refresh setting to off for both plugged in and battery. When set to off, it will always default back to On when restarted. My laptop is a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and this settings is reported as helping with the random shutdown issue this laptop suffers from.

Could you confirm which version of Intel Graphics Command Center you are using? Is it the beta version? If not, please try downloading the beta version from the Microsoft Store.

Hello, sorry for my delayed response.

I installed the Beta version from microsoft store but it has not helped to stop the random shutdowns, nor does it remember the settings after a shutdown.
