      <title>Panel Self Refresh</title>

      <description>&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Hi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;I have an issues with turning the panel self refresh setting to off for both plugged in and battery.&amp;nbsp; When set to off, it will always default back to On when restarted.&amp;nbsp; My laptop is a Microsoft Surface Pro 7 and this settings is reported as helping with the random shutdown issue this laptop suffers from.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class=""&gt;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;Thanks in advance&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
