Please answer the following:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;When reverting or updating the driver, are you using the "clean installation" option?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;You mentioned other recording applications—could you list the ones you've tried?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do the frame drops affect only one specific game, or do they occur in other games as well?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) when reverting or updating the driver?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you using the default settings in all the recording applications you've used?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file with all your system information.
