      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;a new version of a virtual trainer just uploaded crash with the following message:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;The installed version of the Intel graphics driver has known issues.&lt;BR /&gt;Please install the latest driver version.&lt;BR /&gt;Would you like to visit the following URL to download the driver?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics" target="_blank"&gt;https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/80939/Graphics&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Intel(R) HD Graphics 620&lt;BR /&gt;Installed: 27.20.100.9416&lt;BR /&gt;Minimum required: 30.0.101.1340&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I installed the Intel DSA and it says that the driver is at latest versione available:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="lia-indent-padding-left-30px"&gt;Intel® HD Graphics 620&lt;BR /&gt;Driver Details &lt;STRONG&gt;Up to date&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Provider Intel Corporation&lt;BR /&gt;Version 27.20.100.9416&lt;BR /&gt;Date 2021-03-24&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to check on Intel website for a newer version, but it seems that the graphic card is not more supported and I could not find the required version.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to use another driver with minimum version (30.0.101.1340)&amp;nbsp; requested?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Giorgio&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi AlHill,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks for your quick reply. I tried to install the driver but it failed saying (translated from Italian):&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The system contains a driver fixed from tech spec of manufacturer. To execute the update download the more recent driver from the manufacturer web site.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I attach the error log, hoping you can have another suggestion.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe I have to check into Toshiba website&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks again&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Giorgio&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Leon,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it seems I was able to solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I first updated the BIOS and then installed the graphic card driver from Intel.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To install the driver I followed setion "Uninstall and Install the Graphics Driver" of the "Clean Installation method".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks for your support, it seems I can now ride with MyWoosh until their next update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ciao&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Giorgio&lt;/P&gt;</description>
