Placa De Video Intel(R) HD Graphics

Para poder jogar Call Of Duty, Delta Force e baixar emuladores

Not possible. Your hardware is simply too old. And, you did not specify what OS. Windows 10 is assumed.

Como poderia resolver isso? teria que comprar outra placa de video e processador entre outros?

IF, and that is a very big IF, your motherboard has an available PCI Express 3.0 x16 slot, you MIGHT be able to find an older nvidia card like a GT1030 (for example) and use that.

However, you would be far better off with newer hardware.
