Hi sutonium,

Thank you for answering my questions. I’d like to recommend installing the latest graphics driver, version 32.0.101.6876. While you can simply download and install it, please make sure to check the 'Execute Clean Installation' option during the setup process to ensure a proper installation.

Additionally, for a more thorough clean installation, you may consider using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). You can follow the steps below to perform the DDU process:

Download the latest version of the software.

If you download the Installer, run it, it will create a shortcut on the desktop.

If you download the Portable/ self-extracting version, look for the executable and extract it. Remember the path.

Disconnect your system from the internet and uncheck the 'Connect automatically' option for your Wi-Fi network. This will help prevent Windows from automatically reinstalling the previous graphics driver.

Reboot into Windows* safe mode. (Refer to Start your PC in safe mode in Windows.)

Look for the shortcut on the desktop (step 1.1) or the extract path chosen (step 1.2.1) and run the DDU executable.

Click Close in the Options window.

Select device type to GPU and select device to INTEL.

Click Clean and restart or Clean and Shutdown depending on your needs.

Wait for the software to finish the process and which will automatically reboot Windows to the typical mode or shutdown the system.

After that please try to revert back the changes you have done and let me know what will be the outcome.

Best regards,

Dhanniel M.

Intel Customer Support Technician

Hello sutonium,

Thank you for posting in the community!

The error message you provided suggests it may be affecting video processing during gaming. It also indicates a potential issue with the graphics driver or its interaction with the firmware. To better understand the situation, could you please answer the following questions?

What is the model of your monitor, and what type of display cable are you using?

What version of the graphics driver is currently installed on your system?

Does this issue occur only in this game, or does it affect other games as well?

Could you share your in-game graphics and display settings for both 1440p and 1080p resolutions?

Have you tested different drivers to see if the issue persists?

Is this a recent issue, or has it been ongoing for some time?

Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to perform a clean installation?

Furthermore, to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU). This tool will generate a text file compiling all your system information. You can follow the instructions at this link and send the text file here: Help Guide for the Intel® System Support Utility

Best regards,

Dhanniel M.

Intel Customer Support Technician

Bro, stop ignoring the portion of your users who use Intel Iris Xe. All processors with integrated graphics from the 11th to the 13th generation are thrown in the trash with ridiculous driver problems, and even games that don't even open, and you're showing up here as if everything is fine and sweeping the problem under the rug. At least give us some answers. We just want to use our devices the way they should work. It's not my fault that the current Intel driver is so crappy that the **bleep** Microsoft Basic Video Adapter makes the game open and your driver doesn't...

Thanks for the reply,

Heres the update:

What is the model of your monitor, and what type of display cable are you using?

My Monitor : Skyworth H24G30Q connected with DP1.4 cable included with it.
The Specs are :
Interface : HDMI2.0x2, DP1.4x1,
Audio Out Earphome interface : Yes
HDMI2.0: 2560x1440@144hz 8bit
DP1.4: 2560x1440@180Hz 10bit
HDCP : 1.4 and 2.2
Panel : FAST IPS Proportion : 16:9
Color bit : 8-bit+FRC Size : 23.8""
Display size (HxV) : 526.848x296.352 mm
Resolution : 2560 x 1440
Backlight Type : ELED
Refresh Rate : 180Hz Point
Distance : 0.0686x0.2058 mm

What version of the graphics driver is currently installed on your system?

The latest, Intel® Graphics Driver 32.0.101.6874 (WHQL Certified)

Does this issue occur only in this game, or does it affect other games as well?

So far happen only on that game. Other game no. This is kinda random issue, I can't reproduce it.

Could you share your in-game graphics and display settings for both 1440p and 1080p resolutions?

It was Ultra Settings. Vsync off, refresh rate 180

Have you tested different drivers to see if the issue persists?

Yes. But the errors in Event Viewer still show although I dont play game. Just when I tinker with the Intel Graphic Software App (check some settings, restore defaults, etc). This is after I reinstall all my windows 11 pro, without any softwares which monitor fps or anything like afterburner, etc.

Is this a recent issue, or has it been ongoing for some time?

Recent but Random issues. Also happen when I use browser. Random black lines. I cannot reproduce it tho..

Have you used Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to perform a clean installation?

Nope. I only use clean install whenever I install the driver.

Since my last message, I have reinstall my Windows 11 Pro, In BIOS disabled my integrated GPU (from my Ryzen 7600X). I decided to Remove the Intel Graphic Software (APP) since that software triggers those error in event viewer, so only install the Driver, basically only the SERVICE is running.

So far I havent encounter that issue while playing the game. Only 1-2 times When I use browser : Edge, My screen flicker black lines, but I didn't see any errors from Intel Driver (Service) in the event viewers.

Thanks for the follow ups.

I think I will wait until the next WHQL driver release. Meanwhile I haven't encounter the problems and I dont see those errors again in event viewers (from SERVICES), probably because right now I'm busy so dont have time to game yet).

Basically what I did after my report was :

- Reinstall Windows 11 Pro Fresh

- Clean Install 32.0.101.6874 (WHQL Certified) only the DRIVER (not the APP)
- Disable my iGPU

- Install every Windows Update

- Remove my AirConditioner Power Cord from the same slot as my PC Power Cord. (Previously I have them both connected to the same power cord)

I will note your suggestions for the next WHQL driver release. Thanks again
