Have you tried to download the drivers manually here - &lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"&gt;Intel® Arc™ &amp;amp;amp; Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Kindly share a screenshot/photo of the error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Additionally, to have a better understanding of your system configuration and components please generate System Support Utility (SSU) report.       <title>Intel Arc B580 Drivers Not Installing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So yesterday I got an Intel Arc B580 from Onix and I've been trying to install the drivers. However, anytime I try to do it, Intel Driver and Support Assistant throws this error:&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Installation failed with error code 0x8000847B (-2147449733). I've done tons of clean re-installs and used DDU to remove the drivers and then tried to re-install however nothing has worked. I'm not sure what to do now, so i've come here to ask for help. In addition My motherboard and Windows don't seem to recognize that I have a dedicated GPU installed, although maybe that's due to the lack of driver, i dont really know.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
