    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello ZephyrWuTWN,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you for posting in Intel community Forum.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For me to further investigate this issue, please help provide the following details:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Have you tried different HDMI cables?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Did you also update the BIOS of your motherboard?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Please help generate the SSU logs of your system.       <title>Arc A750 HDMI output compatibility with Dell monitors</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In past year I used Arc A750 with an Acer 2K monitor connected by HDMI output ,it works perfectly wiout any problem .&lt;BR /&gt;Last week I bought a new Dell 4K monitor P2725QE ,but had compatibility problem when connected with HDMI output .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When connected new monitor by HDMI ,BIOS post screen displayed then "No HDMI signal" message shown on monitoe when Windows login procedure .&lt;BR /&gt;After swithced to DP output ,Windows screen showed no problem .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used another portable monitor to test ,Windows shows second monitor but can't recongnize resolution when connected by HDMI .&lt;BR /&gt;In this condition P2725QE didn't show any picture no matter what kind of multi monitor display was selected ,only portable monitor display normally .&lt;BR /&gt;I changed old Acer 2K and another old FHD monitor connected to A750 HDMI ,and RTX 3050 HDMI output to P2725QE ,all of them worked without any problem .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here is my test summary this week :&lt;BR /&gt;A750(DP) -&amp;gt; P2725QE : OK&lt;BR /&gt;A750(HDMI) -&amp;gt; P2725QE : NG(in Windows)&lt;BR /&gt;A750(DP) -&amp;gt; Other monitor : OK&lt;BR /&gt;A750(HDMI) -&amp;gt;&amp;nbsp;Other monitor : OK&lt;BR /&gt;RTX3050(DP) -&amp;gt; P2725QE : OK&lt;BR /&gt;RTX3050(HDMI) -&amp;gt; P2725QE : OK&lt;BR /&gt;CPU built in UHD 770(DP) -&amp;gt; P2725QE : OK&lt;BR /&gt;CPU built in UHD 770(HDMI) -&amp;gt; P2725QE : OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Currently system is running&amp;nbsp;Windows 11 24H2 ,Intel Graphics driver 32.0.101.6881 .&lt;BR /&gt;I'm not sure if this is an issue of monitor or display ,I will also report to Dell support .&lt;/P&gt;</description>
