      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Falha com código de erro 1000 na instalação do driver gráfico da Intel versão&amp;nbsp;32.0.101.6881&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ao abrir o Assistente de driver e suporte Intel, ele constantemente indica uma atualização nos drivers gráficos, para atualizar da versão&amp;nbsp;30.0.100.9805 atual do meu notebook para a 32.0.101.6881, e a instalação sempre parece ocorrer muito bem, porém, ao concluir o processo e reiniciar o aparelho, não só a versão do driver continua sendo a mesma, como também indica, no Assistente de driver e suporte Intel, que a instalação falhou com um código de erro 1000.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Abaixo estão algumas especificações do meu notebook:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Modelo:&lt;/STRONG&gt; Samsung Book NP550XDA-KH2BR&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Processador:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1135G7 @ 2.40GHz , GenuineIntel&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;GPU:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Intel(R) Iris(R) Xe Graphics&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Mais algumas informações:&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Durante a instalação, eu sempre marco a opção de executar uma instalação limpa&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eu gostaria se saber como eu posso resolver esse problema e finalmente atualizar o meu driver gráfico.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="image.png" style="width: 999px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.intel.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/66617iE86D6F01C0B08F64/image-size/large/is-moderation-mode/true?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999&amp;amp;whitelist-exif-data=Orientation%2CResolution%2COriginalDefaultFinalSize%2CCopyright" role="button" title="image.png" alt="image.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Sim, eu utilizei o software "Samsung Update", que veio junto ao próprio aparelho, para verificar se havia um driver OEM disponível, porém, o único driver que aparece é o próprio que já está instalado, que é a versão&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN class=""&gt;30.0.100.9805&lt;/SPAN&gt;, aparentemente, sem nenhuma modificação (procurei no site da Samsung e não encontrei nada falando sobre os drivers desse dispositivo), então assim... Se o próprio driver da fabricante for um genérico, eu creio que seria melhor utilizar o driver mais atualizado, não?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Claro, é possível que o driver gráfico atual seja adaptado as configurações do meu hardware e eu apenas não tenha encontrado nenhuma informação que indique que ele é diferente do driver genérico 30.0.100.9805, mas nesse caso, eu gostaria que pelo menos haja uma forma do meu Intel Graphics Software voltar a funcionar de forma devida.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P data-unlink="true"&gt;Desde já, agradeço pela resposta e atenção.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Olá, Jed G.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Venho aqui informar que os problemas relacionados ao &lt;STRONG&gt;Assistente de Driver e Suporte Intel&lt;/STRONG&gt;, se resolveu sozinho, como eu esperava... tive alguns outros problemas, posteriores, relacionados ao login nos sites da Intel, mas que também voltou ao normal.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Com relação ao driver gráfico, eu acabei descobrindo que a versão mais recente&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;32.0.101.6881&lt;/STRONG&gt; está instalada, porém ao usar a opção "&lt;STRONG&gt;atualizar driver&lt;/STRONG&gt;" no&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Gerenciador de Dispositivos &lt;/STRONG&gt;do Windows o sistema o atualiza de volta para a versão&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;30.0.100.9805&lt;/STRONG&gt;, creio que isso seja o motivo pelo qual sempre que eu ligava meu computador o driver gráfico estava na versão antiga, o Windows deve fazer uma atualização nos drivers automaticamente ao iniciar, o que o faz retornar para a versão antiga.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bom, caso você tenha alguma solução para isso gostaria que me informasse, pois sempre que retorna para a versão&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;30.0.100.9805&lt;/STRONG&gt; o meu&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;Intel Graphics Software&lt;/STRONG&gt; volta para aquele estado pelo qual eu citei anteriormente nas minhas outras postagens.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Desde já, agradeço seu auxilio e suporte.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Atenciosamente&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thales Rangel.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Eu posso simplesmente trocar a versão do Driver gráfico no &lt;STRONG&gt;Gerenciador de Dispositivos&lt;/STRONG&gt; assim que o sistema iniciar.
