driver and support assistant not working

driver and support assistand always tells me to download the Sw , but it is downloaded.

Have already rebootet and reinstalled several times.

Sometimes the scanning t works on edge / chrome on english site, but not on firefox on german site.

How can that be ?

Same issue here.

Found a temporary workaround on Firefox: Start DSA, while in the empty support window, switch your current browser page language to English and reload. After having reloaded and the DSA windows shows correctly in English, you can even switch back to the language of your choice and it will work now (but only in this browser tab).

You can turn OFF the false IDSA request.
