I have reloaded windows from a fresh download

The audio does not work I tried 3 different drive scans but it could not find the audio driver or manufacture of th

board to download driver .

I opened the laptop because no serial or laptop name was on the case, I copied the name of the mother board

y116te-E_APL_LP3B216_v2po motherboard but could not find a manufacture

I did find a number on the side of the laptop

Please stop before you damage your laptop.

Who made the laptop, and what is the laptop model number?

The manufacturer will have the drivers you need.

And, you need more than just the audio driver. You need to install the Intel ME as well, and likely you need to run the chipset software installer.

If you cannot answer the above questions, do this:

So the Intel support engineers can have more information about your system, Please download and run the Intel System Support Utility (https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- ) for Windows. I have run software to find out who the manufacture is all I get is this
