      <title>I can't enable V-sync.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I need to enable V-sync, but all my efforts to do so keep directing me to menu options that don't seem to exist. I've heard I need Intel Arc Control, but whenever I try to install that, it says I don't meet the minimum requirements. What do I do? I can't just not have V-sync.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good News: I got it installed, and I managed to find the Vertical Sync option.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bad News: It doesn't seem to be working to limit the FPS for the specific game I want to limit it for. I had to select it manually, so there's a possibility I might have done that wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
