Intel Graphics Driver Installer Crashes Upon Attempting To Install Version 31.0.101.5534

I can't install the newest driver, version 31.0.101.5534
I am on version 31.0.101.5186
I own and run an Intel ARC A750, paired with an AMD Ryzen 5 4500 6-core.
I don't know what else to put here.

When I attempt to install it at https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/intel-driver-support-assistant.html it opens the graphics driver installer, but then closes it immediately after.

I would attempt to install it through Arc Control, but it will not find any updates, see image below.

When I went to switch to "safe-mode" and restarted my PC with advanced startup my monitor didn't display anything, I restarted my monitor, still nothing "no signal"

Either way I have now managed to perform a DDU, I tried installing the new drivers but to no avail. Intel graphics driver installer just doesn't open long enough, it continues to crash as soon as I accept the "windows may [this] change your device"

First, download Microsoft's latest ".NET Desktop Runtime" from https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/8.0 . Link is on the right side. Intel forgot to include it with driver install the last couple versions.

Download the Intel drivers directly without using the support assistant from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/download/785597/intel-arc-iris-xe-graphics-windows.html
