Hi Jaybird,

Thank you for the update.

Let me provide you with the steps for the additional troubleshooting methods we discussed:

What Is Resizable BAR and How Do I Enable It?

How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a Graphics Driver

Important Note: Please do make sure that your System is on SAFE MODE before performing DDU and please do make sure that you already downloaded the Latest Graphics Driver from Intel Download Center

Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could provide an Intel® System Support Utility (SSU) log file to better understand your system configuration.

To generate the log file:

Download the Intel® SSU from this link: Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*

Launch the application and select the checkbox for “Everything”

Click Scan

When the scan completes, click Next, then Save

Attach and send the saved file with your response

Please try these steps and let us know if the Lightroom Classic performance issues persist. The SSU logs will be particularly helpful if we need to investigate further.

Best regards,

Patrick V.

Intel Customer Support Technician

Yes I have your info. Have been working with Adode and they have insured me it is a GPU driver issue. Will be trying your suggestions this week and will report back to you. Hope it works.

Jaybird
