Hello,
I ran into a problem with the Intel Iris Xe graphics card in the intel evo i7. When playing Call of Duty: Warzone, the grass appears rainbow. After researching the internet, I found that more people had a similar problem. But unfortunately I tried everything that was listed as a possible solution, but unfortunately without success. So I am turning to you to see if you can advise me how to fix the problem. (The game doesn't crash otherwise, the graphics are balanced and the computer doesn't overheat. There have been no problems with other games of similar graphical complexity.) Thank you very much for your reply and have a wonderful rest of the day.

Sincerely, Kateřina Nepeřená

According to AI search results, the phenomenon of "rainbow ground" (manifested as colored patches or static rainbow patterns on the screen) when playing Call of Duty games using Intel Xe graphics is a known issue. The following is a detailed analysis and solution:
Phenomenon description and cause analysis
Specific manifestations:
Color patches or rainbow like patterns appear on the game screen
Mainly appearing in newer versions such as Call of Duty: Warzone 2.0
It is more common to use Intel Iris Xe core graphics
Possible reasons:
Compatibility issue with graphics card driver: Intel Xe core graphics driver has compatibility issues with games
Improper game settings: Display mode and resolution settings may affect screen performance
Insufficient system resources: Insufficient memory or video memory causing abnormal rendering of images
Game file corruption: Missing or damaged game files may cause screen errors
Solution
1. Update graphics card drivers
Go to the Intel official website to download and install the latest graphics card driver (recommended version 32.0.101.6319 or higher)
Special note: Intel officially confirms that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 may have shadow issues in certain scenarios, and the new driver may have some improvements
2. Adjust game settings
Change the display mode to 'full screen borderless'
Adjust the resolution to the native resolution of the monitor
Reduce settings with high performance requirements such as shadow quality and particle effects
3. System optimization
Close unnecessary background programs and free up system resources
Ensure sufficient system memory (recommended at least 16GB)
For Windows 10/11 systems, disabling the 'Quick Start' feature may be helpful
4. Game file repair
Verify the integrity of game files through the game platform
Delete the [main] folder and [bink2w64. dll] file from the game directory and rescan for repair
Known issues and progress
The Intel official community has confirmed the existence of this issue, but a complete fix patch has not yet been released
Some users have been relieved by updating the driver, but the problem has not been completely resolved yet
It is recommended to pay attention to Intel's official driver updates, as future versions may specifically fix this issue
