Hello angelitodel11,

Thank you for posting in Intel Communities.

I want to set proper expectations since this is an OEM device (ACER Laptop). Please understand that our support may be limited as we're not familiar with the specific technologies, settings, customizations, and proprietary features that ACER has implemented on your system. However, I'll do my best to help resolve your concern.

I understand you're experiencing the "Your current hardware doesn't support any graphics features" error when trying to adjust graphics settings. You've noted that others resolved similar issues by downgrading Intel Arc Graphics drivers, but as you correctly identified, your 11th Gen Intel® Core™ i7-1195G7 processor uses Intel® Iris® Xe Graphics, which requires the Intel® Graphics Driver for 11th-14th Gen processors.

Based on my review, your system currently has the latest Intel driver version 32.0.101.7080 installed, which includes "Intel® Graphics Software installer (25.32.1758.2)." However, this is a generic driver that may not be fully compatible with your ACER system's specific configurations.

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Intel Graphics Software:

1) Download the appropriate driver

Recommended: Download the VGA Driver (UMA) from ACER's support website for your specific model

Alternative: If unavailable, you can use the latest generic Intel driver from Intel's download center.

2) Uninstall current graphics software

Open Windows Settings

Select Apps

Choose Installed apps

Search for "Intel Graphics Software"

Click the three dots next to it and select Uninstall

3) Follow the Clean Installation guide for Intel® Graphics Drivers in Windows using the driver downloaded in Step 1.

This should provide a fresh installation of the Intel Graphics Software. Please let me know how this works for you.

Best regards,

JeanetteC.

Intel Customer Support Technician
