    <description>good afternoon and thank you for your reply.&lt;BR /&gt;The lights are on&lt;BR /&gt;There are no error messages&lt;BR /&gt;The system does not shut down or have any other issues&lt;BR /&gt;The fans do not spin during startup&lt;BR /&gt;They do not come on at all.&lt;BR /&gt;The last time I did a driver update was about two months ago and honestly I did not check to see if the fans were on after that. Only when I was trying to clear out a piece of paper that blew into the cabinet yesterday I noticed the problem and watched from there on and no spinning at all.&lt;BR /&gt;I have not checked in device manager but will do so tomorrow when I return. The system is at my church so it is only used a few times a week&lt;BR /&gt;I am yet to learn about Intel arc control.&lt;BR /&gt;I read that the first thing to check would to unseat the card then reseat it and to check to be sure all components on the board are seated properly. This I checked and everything is seated properly.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you once again.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

That gives me a much clearer starting point.&amp;nbsp;Since the lights on the card are on and the system remains stable, it’s possible the issue is related to fan control rather than a complete hardware failure. &lt;STRONG&gt;Your plan to check Device Manager tomorrow is a great next step, especially to confirm whether the GPU is being detected properly&lt;/STRONG&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="1058" data-end="1226"&gt;If possible, monitor the GPU temperature once you’re logged into Windows. If temps remain normal, the fans may simply not be engaging at idle.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P data-start="1231" data-end="1384"&gt;Since the card lights up, power is likely connected, but please double-check the PCIe power cables for a secure fit.&lt;/P&gt;
