To help investigate this performance and encoding issues, could you please provide:

Download from https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005511/processors.html and run as administrator
Please capture about 5 minutes of gameplay data using CapFrameX to check the performance issues you're experiencing.
What specific steps have you already tried to resolve these issues?
