      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I’m getting the “Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan” error in Intel Driver &amp;amp; Support Assistant. I already removed it using the DSA uninstaller tool and reinstalled the latest version, but the scan still fails. Any ideas on what else to try?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
