      <title>Laptop crashes when installing intel HD Graphics Driver</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have an Acer Predator Laptop(ph315-53).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;intel i7 10870h CPU and Rtx 3060 Laptop GPU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;After installing fresh windows when the laptop auto updates the Microsoft Basic display to intel hd graphics the laptop crashes screen goes black and fans keep spinning but unresponsive. After a few minutes a BSOD appears and laptop restarts and after booting it crashes again. But when i unistall the intel Graphics driver in the safe mode the laptop works fine.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;What i have tried- installing the graphics driver from acer support&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;installing older version of intel hd graphics&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;installing fresh copy of windows 10 and 11&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;installing the drivers in safe mode&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Below is the link for minidumps&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;A href="https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1NICtDW6D51RwOU3QWLkcA24p1YEv2pIm?usp=sharing" target="_blank"&gt;https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1NICtDW6D51RwOU3QWLkcA24p1YEv2pIm?usp=sharing&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

OEM drivers are handpicked and include customized features and solutions to platform-specific issues. The generic Intel driver provides users the latest and greatest feature enhancements and bug fixes that OEMs may not have customized yet to address platform-specific needs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;In addition, Intel has moved 6th - 10th Gen Intel Processor Graphics and related Intel Atom®, Pentium®, and Celeron® processor graphics to a legacy software support model. &lt;P&gt;If the system stabilizes using the driver from Acer, I highly recommend continuing to use the driver provided by your system manufacturer for optimal compatibility.&lt;/P&gt;
