    <description>I have been experiencing it for like 2.5 weeks now ' Sorry, something went wrong while trying to scan'&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;i was following this&lt;BR /&gt;URL&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026895/software/software-applications.html" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000026895/software/software-applications.html&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but nothing changed. I also&amp;nbsp;performed the DSA Uninstall/Reinstall process as well as clearing all the cache in my browser (Chrome/edge) as recommended in the forums.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;and my last resort was actually following your response&amp;nbsp; and yet nothing changed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Go to Browser SettingsClick&amp;nbsp;on&amp;nbsp;Privacy and SecurityNavigate&amp;nbsp;to Site SettingsScroll&amp;nbsp;down to PermissionsSelect&amp;nbsp;Additional PermissionsScroll&amp;nbsp;to the last option, Local Network AccessAdd&amp;nbsp;intel.com under Customized BehaviorsOnce the domain is added under “Customized Behaviors,” click on the three dots next to it and select&amp;nbsp;“Allow.”&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;What shall i do?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
