When install arc drivers laptop starts blink

my laptop is HP ZBook Power 16 inch G11 and when i try to install drivers pc starts blink and after turn off with VIDEO_TDR_FAILURE error. Im try to delete all drivers and reinstall but this aint working.

Yes. Nvidia RTX 1000 Ada Generation Laptop GPU
I tried install from HP support page and from Intel website.
During the installation process and after restarts.
Yes. Tried with Safe Mode.
