    <description>&lt;P&gt;Just an update for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, we purchased that cable and intially it appeared to solve the problem&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, we then noticed when using the computer that the screen would black out for a second and come on again whilst I was typing. This happened several times&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Eventually, the screen blacked out and woudl not come on again at all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am away at the moment and my wife has reported this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have asked her whether the monitor signal light changes&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am not sure of the cause of this&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Steve&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The PC has an i7-14700 CPU&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Onboard Graphics&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The monitor is a &lt;SPAN&gt;Dell 34 Plus USB-C Monitor S3425DW&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The motherboard is an Asus B769m-A D4 Wifi&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have updated all drivers including from Intel and motherboard&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Update all Dell&amp;nbsp; drivers for the monitor and the BIOS&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have installed the Intel Graphics Command Centre with no change&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;We have even changed the cable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The monitor only has USB C and HDMI&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;The motherboard has DP and HDMI&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Any help would be apprecaited&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Steve&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In my opinion, there's nothing else you need to consider. If you can still see something, try lowering the refresh rate. According to the user manual, the monitor should support 100 Hz and 60 Hz (at 3440 x 1440) in addition to 120 Hz. &lt;STRONG&gt;Settings &amp;gt; System &amp;gt; Display&lt;/STRONG&gt;, then click &lt;STRONG&gt;Advanced display&lt;/STRONG&gt;, and use the dropdown menu next to "Choose a refresh rate".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
