Please try the following recommendation:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Go to Browser Settings (Chrome)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Click&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;on&lt;STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Privacy and Security&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Navigate&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to Site Settings&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Scroll&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;down to Permissions&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Select&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;Additional Permissions&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Scroll&amp;nbsp;&lt;/STRONG&gt;to the last option, Local Network Access&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Add&lt;/STRONG&gt;&amp;nbsp;intel.com under Customized Behaviors&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Once the domain is added under “Customized Behaviors,” click on the three dots next to it and select&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;“Allow.”&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don’t hesitate to reach out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brenz L.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Intel Customer Support Technician&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
