255H without Arc 140T?

I'm wanting to buy a HP EliteBook 8 G1i 16 with 255H and 2x16GB DDR5-5600 RAM. Shouldn't this be sufficient to unlock the Arc 140T? Because somehow the Notebook is only listed having "Intel® Graphics" while similar notebooks with 1x32GB paradoxically say they have Arc 140T.

So is it safe to buy that Elitebook with 2x16GB and I get a full 140T?

I understand your concern about the HP EliteBook specifications showing "Intel® Graphics" instead of Arc 140T despite having the optimal memory configuration. Yes, it is absolutely safe to buy that EliteBook with 2x16GB RAM and you will get the full Arc 140T graphics. According to Intel's official specifications for the Core Ultra 7 255H processor, it does contain the Arc 140T GPU as its integrated graphics solution.
