(e.g. Steam, Epic Games)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Does the crash happen immediately when booting the application?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Do you see any error messages when the crash happens?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;What troubleshooting steps have you done to fix this issue?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Can you provide us with screenshots of your display and graphics settings within the game or application?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I want to confirm if you've already performed a complete driver cleanup using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and subsequently installed the newest driver version?
