      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am making this post to see if any changes/fixes have been made to nightreign by the intel team.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the game still shows the white screen of death, and I can't fix the issue by downgrading my driver version because my cpu is a 13th gen I7. so, I can't go below driver 30.xx.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my specs are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i7 13th gen 13620h&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;16gb of ddr5&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;intel uhd graphics. driver: 32.0.101.7084&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope you fix this issue instead of replying with "your hardware doesn't meet the minimum requirements"&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you said the same thing about: spider-man, spider-man miles morales, the last of us 1 and 2. yet you still fixed the same games later.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is a driver issue not a game issue since eldenring works perfectly fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;please fix this issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you, Kent, for you quick response.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;the white screen appears as soon as I launch the game, and it crashes immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it appears during launch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, I have tried, sadly to no result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;yes, I have performed&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;a clean installation.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I tried launching the game with and without any overlays.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I can't test the game because it doesn't start.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;yes, I have installed the latest windows updates.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I am currently using the&amp;nbsp;High-Performance mode power plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;yes, I have launched and played, spider-man and the last of us after being fixed.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I really hope this issue can be fixed, and sorry for any inconvenience. &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried using dx11, but it didn't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;same thing with compatibility mode.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am pretty sure graphics performance is already on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my laptop doesn't have an xmp profile.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;windows is already updated to the latest update.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and I have already tried plying the game on different drives.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't change the graphics settings because I can't make it past launch.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I found a video on YouTube that shows you what happens when I try to launch the game.&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9rAoJZJ_ig4" target="_self"&gt;ELDEN RING NIGHTREIGN - INTEL Iris XE&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
