Used second cable on third way older monitor, no problem.

So I happen to have 2 Fujitsu monitors that had problem with graphic card. Third monitor is Asus (VGA port only, very old used HDMI cable with adapter to VGA) no problem.

So do my 2 Fujitsu monitors (both same model) are broken same way? Or Arc has problem with those?

I don't know how explain more than just showing video of what I mean.

This type of thing happened in multiple games. Here is Metro: Odyssey.
It also happened in games like A Plague Tale: Requiem and now i noticed recently on Dark and Darker game. No problem on games like Valorant, Project zomboid, System Shock Remake or Deadlock (yet?).

And those glitches usually appear when i stand in certain spot watching certain angle, so not all the time, but when it happens it's noticeable.

Anyone had same problem?

Hello Stone01,

Thank you for contacting the Intel Community Forum. I understand you are having graphical issues in multiple games based on the video you provided. To better understand your concern, can you provide the following information below?

Could you specify which game issue you'd like us to focus on, since we concentrate on one concern per thread? Feel free to start additional threads for your other gaming problems.

Did this type of issue only started happening on recently? Was it working properly before?

Are you using a laptop or desktop computer? What's the model?

Are you running Integrated Processor Graphics or a Discrete Graphics card? Which model specifically?

Do you know the game version for the affected game?

What gaming platform are you playing on? (e.g. Steam, Epic Games)

What's your current graphics driver version?

What operating system and build version are you running?

What troubleshooting steps have you done to fix this issue?

Kindly provide us with screenshots of your display and graphics settings within the game or application.

For us to gain a comprehensive understanding of your system, please use the System Support Utility (SSU).

1. Did this type of issue only started happening on recently? Was it working properly before?

No, since I got this card.
2.Are you using a laptop or desktop computer?

PC

3. What's the model?
PC 4,5
4. Are you running Integrated Processor Graphics or a Discrete Graphics card?
The latter
5.Which model specifically?
B580 limited edition.
6.Do you know the game version for the affected game?
Yes, I do. Last example is Dark and Darker game 0.15.130.8295 Early access Hotfix #110-1
7.What gaming platform are you playing on?
steam
8.What's your current graphics driver version?

32.0.101.8531

9.What operating system and build version are you running?
Windows 11, 26200.8037

10.What troubleshooting steps have you done to fix this issue?
Updated drivers and bios.
Set storage boot option to UEFI
Disabled CMS support
Enabled 4g decoding
Enabled resizable bar

That flickering happens only when standing in a certain spot watching a certain angle.
Worse in some games, easier in others. (Video is from Metro:Exoduss, worse was on Plauge Tale: Requiem, easier in Dark and Darker game)
But logic stays the same, I play the game walk and randomly that flicker appears so i check it.

Before I recorded my monitor with my phone, now I did it with Steam recording setting and recorded video shows no signs of visual glitches. Looks like it's either my: monitor, cable or well something with graphic card. I will check tomorrow after work with second monitor and different cable. I hope it's not GPU hdmi socket.

Hello Stone01,

I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my questions. Since no visual glitches appeared when recording through Steam, this issue may be related to your display hardware. Kindly elaborate more on these points:

Have you tested with a second monitor and different cable as previously mentioned? What happened?

Did you test various ports on your current display panel?

Given that we focus on one issue per thread, which game would you prefer we investigate first?

For now, I suggest updating your graphics driver to the newest driver version 32.0.101.8626 from this link: Intel® Arc™ Graphics - Windows*

You may perform a complete driver cleanup using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) while in safe mode first before updating your graphics driver. Previous driver remnants can sometimes cause conflicts leading to these issues. Please follow this guide: How to Use the Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to Uninstall a...

If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to reply.

Best regards,

Stanley B.

Intel Customer Support Technician

Hello Stone01,

In order to properly troubleshoot this problem, please verify if you've performed a complete driver removal using DDU in safe mode and then installing the latest driver version. The newest available driver is 32.0.101.8626 WHQL Certified, which can be found here: Intel® Arc™ Graphics - Windows*

I anticipate your reply.
