ARC B580 plz optimize for Ryzen 5 5500

When I play games like RUST or some other games, my GPU usage does not exceed 50%. My CPU is a Ryzen 5 5500. Please tell me what I should fix, or if I need to upgrade my CPU. Can Intel reduce overhead, and can this issue be fixed for the Ryzen 5 5500?

Please share images of the in-game graphics/settings menu.
Kindly confirm whether Resizable BAR is enabled on your system.
