    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Priy:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The thing about laptops, is that most of them are build to work with an specific operating system, all the components software applications and drivers are based on that operating system, in this case Windows® 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, if you change it, some drivers might not work properly with the new one, and some errors might be expected.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you check with Sony before doing the Windows® upgrade?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On the following link you will be able to find drivers for your laptop:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/VPCEH25EN"&gt;http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/VPCEH25EN&lt;/A&gt; &lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/VPCEH25EN"&gt;http://www.sony.co.in/support/product/VPCEH25EN&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The audio drivers should be there, so, you can remove the drivers from device manager, by right clicking on them and choose the option delete, and try to install them again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As additionall information, the audio drivers sometimes are included on the graphics drivers, the following is a link from Sony's web site, with the graphics driver for your laptop:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.in/support/download/579410/product/vpceh25en"&gt;http://www.sony.co.in/support/download/579410/product/vpceh25en&lt;/A&gt; &lt;A href="http://www.sony.co.in/support/download/579410/product/vpceh25en"&gt;http://www.sony.co.in/support/download/579410/product/vpceh25en&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The laptop is working with NVIDIA® GeForce® 410M GPU, that is a video card, on the following link you will find drivers for Nvidia products:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_family.html"&gt;http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_family.html&lt;/A&gt; &lt;A href="http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_family.html"&gt;http://www.nvidia.com/object/geforce_family.html&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A BIOS update might be needed, but for that you will need to get in contact with Sony directly, same thing, if the audio drivers after you reinstalled them are not working, for warranty also, Sony is the one that will be able to help you in case a replacement is needed. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony phone number: 1 800-222-7669&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sony support site: &lt;A href="https://esupport.sony.com/US/"&gt;https://esupport.sony.com/US/&lt;/A&gt; &lt;A href="https://esupport.sony.com/US/"&gt;https://esupport.sony.com/US/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any questions, please let me know.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Alberto&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Audio device not working.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I own a Sony Vaio Laptop series - E (Model-VPCEH25EN).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I upgraded it to Windows 8.1 from windows 7, after upgrade my audio device is not working at all. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Device manager its Showing Audio device on high definition audio bus - no driver installed for this device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In system tray icon area its displaying as - No audio output device is installed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried sony Website for support but couldn't fix it out, someone please help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Priy Ranjan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Screen shot of device manager &amp;amp; system tray.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
