      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the game in question is gran turismo 5 within RSPC3 using vulkan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the error is inconsistent it can trigger 30 seconds in other times ive ran 3 hours without a fault&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i only recently reinstalled the game in question and after getting everything compiled i started getting&amp;nbsp;VK_ERROR_FRAGMENTATION when using vulkan as the render as aposed to OGL&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SSU is attached below,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ok just hit a fault in gran turismo 6 too looks to be the same fault will attach logs below but this is the end line&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SIG: Thread terminated due to fatal error: Assertion Failed! Vulkan API call failed with unrecoverable error: Descriptor pool creation failed (VK_ERROR_FRAGMENTATION)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you will have to excuse the log being 124MB uncompressed but this run has been holding for a quite a while before&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;actual vram usage on the gpu at point of error was 11/16GB exact&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi, ive ran ddu and reinstalled the drivers in safe mode to version&amp;nbsp;32.0.101.8250. issue is still present and ive got 3 logs as i tried a few diffrent settings but had the same result.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;windows has also updated to 25H2 build ver&amp;nbsp;26220.8271&lt;/P&gt;</description>
