Hello 499662370,

Thank you for sharing the detailed description and the reference thread regarding the issue. I understand how frustrating it must be to see the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” setting repeatedly re-enable itself—especially after you had previously found a workaround that is no longer effective following the driver update. I appreciate you also providing a video, as that will be helpful for further analysis.

To help me further investigate and narrow down the root cause, could you please clarify the following:

Have you tried performing a system reset to check if the issue persists in a clean environment?

Does the issue still occur if you roll back to a previous driver version? If not, could you specify which driver version did not automatically enable the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power” setting?

Have you attempted a clean driver installation using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?

Where is your monitor currently connected, directly to the motherboard or to a dedicated GPU?

These details will help me determine whether the issue is driver-related, configuration-based, or influenced by system setup. I look forward to your response so we can continue working toward a resolution.

Best regards,

Bueno S.

Intel Customer Support Technician

1. I have tried reinstalling the system and performing a clean boot. The problem still exists.

2.Versions before 32.0.101.8737 do not have this issue.

3.Yes, I have tried. But this did not solve my problem.

4.My monitor is directly connected to the dedicated graphics card.
