Keep getting the attached error?

Hi there,

I have no knowledge of computers, so have no idea if the above category is the correct one!

I'm being told that the Intel drivers need updating but each time I go to do this I get the attached error. What do I need to do please?

To assist you further, Could you please try the steps below and see if it helps resolve the issue?

Open your web browser settings
Go to Privacy and Security
Click on Site Settings
Scroll down to Permissions
Select Additional Permissions
Scroll to the bottom and click on Local Network Access
Under Customized Behaviors, add: "Intel.com"
Once added, click the three dots next to it and select Allow
After making these changes, please try running the Intel DSA again.
