Thema "Arc a750 Apex Legends lightning bug" in Graphics

All new drivers (past 8425 from my experience) have this issue. It is a lightning bug which makes the game unplayable. It makes trees, structures and grass extremly bright. I'm at this moment trying to download a older driver but this must be fixed as I cannot switch drivers back and forth when I'm alternating games.

Hello Luii,

Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention, and I’m sorry to hear that the lighting issue is significantly affecting your gameplay experience.

I understand that newer driver versions after 8425 appear to cause extremely bright lighting effects on trees, structures, and grass, making the game unplayable.

To help me investigate this issue further and coordinate the findings appropriately, could you please provide the following information:

Have you attempted a clean installation of the graphics drivers using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU)?

Screenshots of the in-game graphics settings and the specific map(s) where the issue occurs.

Please download and run the Intel® System Support Utility for Windows*. After scanning, kindly save the results and attach the report in your reply.

Once I receive the requested information, I will review the details further to help determine possible next steps or workarounds.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,

Bueno S.

Intel Customer Support Technician
