    <description>Hello Intel Support,&lt;BR /&gt;I am reporting critical issues with Marvel's Spider-Man 2 and Miles Morales on my Intel Iris Xe Graphics system.&lt;BR /&gt;The Problems:&lt;BR /&gt;Frequent Crashes: The games crash to desktop constantly.&lt;BR /&gt;Red Screen Tint: There is a persistent red graphical artifact/tint covering the screen, making the gameplay unplayable.&lt;BR /&gt;My Hardware Specs:&lt;BR /&gt;Laptop: Huawei MateBook&lt;BR /&gt;CPU: Intel Core i5-1135G7&lt;BR /&gt;GPU: Intel Iris Xe Graphics&lt;BR /&gt;RAM: 16GB Dual-Channel&lt;BR /&gt;The Spider-Man Remastered works, but Spider-Man 2 and Miles Morales need urgent driver optimizations to fix these crashes and rendering bugs.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.</description>
