UHD Graphics 770: different resolution

Hello!

I have a visual impairment and have been using a lower resolution than the native resolution. There was an update for the graphics card, and since then I haven't been able to use any resolution other than the native resolution of 2560 × 1440. Even when I set GPU scaling to “Stretch” mode in the Intel Graphics software, the image gets smaller at lower resolutions. It’s like displaying a 17-inch image on a 27-inch monitor.
I’m now using the native resolution with 180% scaling and increased text size. The problem is that not everything is scaled uniformly. Some text or icons remain so small that it is difficult for me to read them.
I’ve already uninstalled and reinstalled the Intel driver. It didn’t help.

Unfortunately, the Windows Magnifier isn’t useful for magnifying.

I haven't changed anything regarding the hardware.

Does anyone have a recommendation on how I can get the graphics card to implement stretched mode again?

Have you tried using Download Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to completely remove the graphics driver before reinstalling it?
Have you checked for and installed the latest Windows updates available for your system?

thank you vrey much for your reply!

The resolution was 1366 * 768.
It was the Intel Driver and Support assistant.
No I haven’t. I just learned by your information, that this tool exists.
All Updates are installed.
Regarding the screenshots, I made them in german language as I live in Germany. HEre are the translations:

Scaling Mode: GPU Scaling

Scaling Method: Stretch

Variable Refresh Rate Mode: Not available

Are these the screenshots you need?

Could you please install graphics driver version 32.0.101.7085 and check whether the issue still persists afterward? Additionally, may I ask if the issue also occurs when using BIOS version F17a for your motherboard? If you require further assistance with the BIOS update procedure, I highly recommend contacting Gigabyte Support, as they can provide guidance specific to your motherboard model.

Hi Bueno,

I installed the suggest driver witout using DDU. But a different resolution still looks like you can see in the attachment.

I have never updated a Bios. I don't know how to do that and risky that is. And why should I do that anyhow? Everthing was fine a short while ago. Every change I make in the system brings a risk, that the system doesn't work anymore so I can easily use it. I have no one to repair my computer if an update of the Bios fails.
