    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;My 100 Hz monitor, which worked before, is now stuck at 75 Hz after I installed the latest drivers. I don't know how to fix it, and I tried every method I could find. None of them worked. Please help me. My monitor is a HIKVIS ION 22-inch 100Hz model, and my HDMI cable is a high-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet support. Also, before I upgraded my Windows a month ago, I was able to fix this issue by going to the device manager and rolling back the driver from there. And it worked, but after I upgraded my Windows, I could not roll back my driver, and now I'm stuck at 75Hz. Please help me&lt;/P&gt;</description>
