      <title>Strange Graphical Glitch in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 &amp; Call of Duty: Warzone</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I recently made a report about a grahical glitch I had been experiencing in the same games listed in the subject, that previous issue had been going on for months and was regarding light glitches caused by an incompatibility with my BIOS version and the Intel graphics driver. Then not even a couple weeks after that issue is fixed, I update to the newest driver version and now I have a new graphical glitch, this time constant and primarily just turning large areas of my screen black. I will attach screenshots and a video when possible. I have already tried verifying the game files through Battle.net, I have tried reloading the shaders, I've tried restarting my computer and none of these have worked. I am on the latest version of Intel Arc graphics driver, latest version of my BIOS, and latest version of Windows 11.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;PC Specs:&lt;BR /&gt;CPU: Intel Core i5 12400F&lt;BR /&gt;GPU: Intel ARC B580 OC&lt;BR /&gt;MB: MSI PRO B560M-P DDR4&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;RAM: 16GB DDR4 3200&lt;BR /&gt;STORAGE: 2 TB Crucial M.2 SSD&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am currently on diver version 32.0.101.8801 which I updated to the day before I noticed this and when I installed version 32.0.101.8801 I did a fresh install with DDU (I always do with any driver update).&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regrettably I had not actually played the game since before I updated to version&amp;nbsp;32.0.101.8737 so at this time I haven't tested version 32.0.101.8737. I will roll my system back to the aforementioned driver to test Call of Duty and give you my results.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Attached to this reply is my SSU readout as a .txt&amp;nbsp; file along with four screenshots (.png's), one of them is a screenshot of my display settings, the other three (which are labeled in the order you need to read them) are screenshots of different sections of my graphics settings.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Additionally I would like to mention that since my original report I have noticed other issues with another game, Overwatch 2. Normally on Overwatch during gameplay I average between 120-190 FPS with my system/settings, however, after the most recent Windows update I noticed a large performance decrease where I am now averaging 40-61 FPS when I am standing still and not moving my camera but the moment I start moving or look around that average becomes more in the range of 25-40 FPS. This huge decrease in the performance I'm used to is heavily impeding my ability to play the game correctly so I would like to investigate this issue as well. However, rather than create a seperate ticket I'm adding it in my reply to the Call of Duty issue we are discussing because I think they may be related. After looking at the evidence I'm fairly sure I downloaded that Windows update the same day I updated to driver version&amp;nbsp; version 32.0.101.8801. I tried uninstalling the problematic update and when I did, the Overwatch performance went back to normal but the Call of Duty issue remained. However despite the fact that uninstalling the Windows update worked to fix Overwatch, uninstalling that update has had other impacts on my systems overall performance even when not running games (such as when I'm browing the internet or various other low load applications), so I reinstalled the update a couple hours before sending this reply. The problematic Windows update is labeled in my system as "Security Update (KB5089549) (26200.8457)".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you for your attention on this matter.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

However, while the game is now playable, we still need to figure out what is going on with version 32.0.101.8801.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regarding the Overwatch issue Windows released a patch already that fixed that.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
