HD 4600 not recognized by Windows 10

I have an i7 4970K. Its HD 4600 gpu is not being recognized by my Windows 10 Pro x64. It's as if my cpu don't have any gpu at all. There's nothing listed under Device Manager.

My motherboard is an ASUS Z07m-plus/BR and everything is up-to-date including BIOS. Any tips?

As first step, try installing the latest driver for Windows 10. Here you have the download link:
