Hello,

Please bear in mind that this product has reached its End of Interactive Support so Intel no longer provides interactive support for this product.

I was checking on HP's web site for information on the drivers they provide for this system and I can see that there are no video drivers posted from them. Could you please confirm if this system came with that specific operating system or if it was installed later?

Something you might try would be doing a BIOS update from your computer manufacturer, available from this URL:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3232065&prodTypeId=12454&prodSeriesId=3232030&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=2096# 120 http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareIndex.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&prodNameId=3232065&prodTypeId=12454&prodSeriesId=3232030&swLang=13&taskId=135&swEnvOID=2096# 120

I believe this computer has been upgraded and none the less I just reinstalled Win 7 64bit last night and updated the BIOS from you link ( thank you ) and to no avail the problem still persists. I am running two monitors could that be an issue? Is the card going out? I am at a loss. Thank you for your reply and help.

You may try swapping these other parts that you mentioned and you could also try with the operating system that was validated for this system in order to test with the drivers that are provided by Hewlett Packard* which are customized for this system. I have seen that behavior when using generic drivers which stops after using the customized drivers from the OEM.
