i have a packard bell easynote and i want to update the driver of my mobile intel(R) 4 series express chipset family.

but becouse i have a packard bell i can't update the driver. there are no new drivers for packard bell for this grapics driver.

for other brands there is a update, now i can't play the newest games.

can someone help me

when i use the tool and analyzing is completed, i click on the graphics driver.

wen i want to click on the button download, ther is no button download -__-,

he sais this:

A customized computer manufacturer driver is installed on your computer. The Intel Driver Update Utility is not able to update the driver. Installing a generic Intel driver instead of the customized computer manufacturer driver may cause technical issues.

Since our generic graphics driver is not installing then the best option is to contact Packard Bell directly in order to ask them if there is another driver you can try.
