Graphics card is not getting detected

I have been using Intel DG43 board and Graphics Card (G-force PCI

Express) from Sparkle, since last 1 and half years. It was functioning

well but suddenly Graphics card is not getting detected. While the

same card is functioning perfectly well, in other system. However, I

tried by installing a new graphics card, it functioned well for a day.

Next day when I turned on the system, it wasn't detecting the new

card. However, while graphic card malfunctions, I am getting the

onboard out.

You will need to check your PSU and then you motherboard
