I have checked computer specifications and integrates an Intel® 4 series chipset but this is not compatible with Windows® 10.

You will have several issues because you will not find proper drivers to work with Windows® 10. I would recommend reinstalling a supported operating system for your Intel® chipset and computer model.

http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html http://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/graphics-drivers/000005526.html

Allan.

You could probably use the Toshiba recovery disc, if you do not have one, please check with Toshiba to see if your computer model should come with a recovery partition or DVD.

https://support.toshiba.com/repair https://support.toshiba.com/repair

Try getting inbox drivers provided by Microsoft* when you keep your system up to date

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12373/windows-update-faq https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12373/windows-update-faq

Allan.
