Hello,

I just bought a Linx 7 Windows 8.1 tablet. With the soul use of using it as a mini PC connected to my TV. I have it all set up and running well. I have upgraded it to Windows 10. I have installed the latest drivers for Intel HD Graphics. But I have a annoying issue. When in 1920x1080p. The screen is slightly to big. Like the start button is half way off the screen and the clock is off screen. I need to scale it down a bit so it fits the screen perfectly. But I can't seem to do this and am wondering if anyone can help me out. When I open the HD graphics control panel I see this screen.

I assume I need to unselect Maintain Display Scaling? But I can't noting happens when I click it. I have not idea what to do. If I lower the resolution down a bit I get black borders. Any ideas what I can do?

Thanks.

Hello ocelot07:

Thank you for contacting Intel Communities.

Regarding the support for Tablets/Graphics/Drivers from OEMs.

The OEM is the one that designed and integrated the device, therefore, the support would be provided by them.

I was able to find the Customer support email that you can use to get the correct troubleshooting for this situation.

mailto:linxsupport@exertis.co.uk linxsupport@exertis.co.uk

Their website: http://linxtablets.com/ Linx Tablets

Regards,

Esteban C
